Rates

Rates $90- $130 per 45-minute session

A sliding scale will be offered to those who are interested in treatment at MacDonald Counseling and do not have accepted insurance providers or who prefer to pay in cash.

Insurance Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• What is my co-pay?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment Cash or check are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy If you cannot re-schedule or attend your scheduled therapy appointment, please notify the office within 24 hours or a $40 cancellation fee will be charged.
